These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bea77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bea77 website at https://bea77.app, its mobile interface, and all services, games, and features made available through that website (collectively, the "Services"). All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Using a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. bea77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bea77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

bea77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, bea77 will endeavour to notify active players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect. In all cases, the date displayed in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
